Brentford's record signing scores from positions that would make most forwards check whether the shot was even worth attempting.

Thiago finishes with both feet and his head, taking one touch to set a shot up when a lesser striker would need two, and his conversion rate has followed him from Brazil through Bulgaria and Belgium before arriving in England. He is strong enough to hold the ball up with a defender on his back and quick enough to spin away from that same defender the moment a pass arrives.
