Jens Hjertø-Dahl, Norway's Next Midfield Controller

Hjertø-Dahl joined Tromsø at six years old and never went anywhere else, which is increasingly unusual for a player identified this early. His coaches there talked about his physique and his control in the same breath, and called him a future leader, which is a specific compliment rather than a vague one.
