Jaydon Banel, The Forward Who Finishes Games

An attacker whose best moments so far have arrived as a substitute, scoring or setting up winners deep into matches.

Banel has built an early reputation as an impact player, the type of forward a manager brings on specifically because the game needs a spark rather than more of the same. He set up a goal on his first appearance for a senior side and later scored a genuinely decisive late winner during a loan spell, evidence that composure under pressure arrives with him rather than needing time to build. That knack for the big moment stands out before he has become an automatic starter anywhere.
