Jon McLaughlin, The Veteran Who Stays Calm

A Scotland international goalkeeper whose calm authority organises the defence in front of him as much as his shot-stopping does.

McLaughlin talks constantly to his defenders, shouting instructions early enough that they can actually act on them rather than reacting after the danger has already developed fully.
