Trevoh Chalobah

Chalobah’s strength is that he rarely looks rushed. He holds position, reads the moment, then steps in when the time is right. That calmness is valuable for Chelsea because it stabilises the back line, especially in matches where the tempo becomes chaotic. He’s also a reliable duelist, able to defend physically without overcommitting into rash tackles.

On the ball, he keeps Chelsea moving. He’ll play into midfield cleanly, carry into space when opponents sit off, and avoid forcing risky passes just for the sake of looking progressive. He isn’t there to steal headlines, but he helps Chelsea look organised, and organisation is often what separates control from collapse.
